Lord Harris of Peckham was appointed to the Arsenal board in November 2005.
One of Britain’s longest-serving retailers, Lord Harris took over his family run carpet business aged 15. He went on to found Carpetright in 1988, where he played a central role until announcing his retirement in 2014.
Lord Harris is a keen philanthropist, supporting a number of charities and projects that help young people to fulfil their potential.
Stan Kroenke became a shareholder in May 2007, was appointed to the Board of Directors in September 2008 and became the majority shareholder of Arsenal Football Club in April 2011.
As the head of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, he owns a number of north American sports teams, venues and radio and television networks – including the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League, the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer, the Pepsi Center, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, Altitude Sports & Entertainment (regional sports network) and the Outdoor Sportsman Group of media companies. His family’s sports holdings also include the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League and the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association.
Mr. Kroenke is a well-regarded real-estate developer with a diverse international portfolio that includes commercial and residential real estate, ranches, vineyards, shopping centres, warehouse facilities and hotels.
Josh Kroenke joined the Board of Arsenal Football Club in December 2013.
He is the Vice Chairman of KSE and KSE UK and also the President and Governor of the Denver Nuggets basketball team, where he oversees the day-to-day operations and has helped the team to record one of the most successful six-year spells in the team’s history.
He is President of Colorado Avalanche in the NHL and is the Alternate Governor of the Colorado Rapids Major League Soccer team.
Josh works closely with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment executives on multiple business operation issues, ranging from finance to marketing.
Corporate lawyer Tim Lewis was appointed to the Arsenal board in June 2020.
He has been a partner with Clifford Chance since 2010, specialising in advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, equity issues and general corporate advice.
An Oxford University graduate, Tim is married with two adult children.
