Martin Odegaard is prepared to stay with Arsenal long-term.
The midfielder is on-loan at Arsenal to the end of the season from Real Madrid.
While the deal doesn’t include a permanent option, Odegaard would be willing to stay in London if Zinedine Zidane remains in charge of Real Madrid next season, says Mundo Deportivo.
Odegaard doesn’t believe he has the confidence of Zidane and was unhappy by the Frenchman’s claims of him being unwilling to stay and “fight” for his place.
For his part, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has already stated the door is open to Odegaard signing outright.
